💗 Ninja Creami Classic Vanilla Ice Cream

  • It's an easy ice cream recipe: You can create a delicious and creamy vanilla ice cream with just four simple ingredients.
  • It's incredibly smooth: Powdered sugar helps create a silky smooth texture you will love.
  • It doesn't leave a thick coating in your mouth: By omitting cream cheese, you get a smooth and creamy texture without the thick coating that some ice creams can leave.
  • Customizable: Add your favorite mix-ins, such as chocolate chips, sprinkles, or caramel sauce.
  • It's perfect for any occasion: Whether you're looking for a sweet treat on a hot summer day or a delicious dessert for a special occasion, this homemade vanilla ice cream will hit the spot.

🥛 Recipe Ingredients

This simple dessert is made with the following basic ingredients:

Ingredient Notes:

  • Heavy whipping cream: Creates the creamy and smooth texture of the ice cream. The high-fat content in heavy cream adds richness and helps to create a creamy texture. You can also use full-fat unsweetened coconut milk.
  • Whole milk: Whole milk balances the richness of the heavy cream. It adds a lighter texture and a slightly more subtle flavor than if heavy cream were used alone.
  • Vanilla extract: Pure vanilla extract is added for great flavor. It helps to give the ice cream its classic vanilla taste and aroma. You can also use vanilla bean paste.
  • Powdered sugar: Powdered sugar dissolves easily so I use it instead of granulated sugar to get a smooth texture. You can also use your favorite sugar substitute. To make keto vanilla ice cream, use your favorite low-calorie sweetener or monk fruit sweetener.

🍨 How To Make Ninja Creami Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

Step 1: Combine the heavy whipping cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar in a measuring glass or a Ninja Creami pint jar. Use a whisk or fork to stir until the powdered sugar is fully dissolved and all ingredients are well combined.

🍨 Serving Suggestions

  • Serve it in a classic waffle or sugar cone.
